She has also worked extensively with LINE technology, seamlessly integrating the LINE Messaging API with advanced Data and AI solutions to drive innovation and impact.

In 2024, at LINE THAILAND DEVELOPER CONFERENCE 2024, she presented The Future of Retail E-commerce with Gemini AI, demonstrating how Vertex AI and Gemini transform e-commerce through Retrieval-Augmented Generation. The LINE Chatbot featured functions like product inquiries, text-based searches, and image-based searches.

In 2021, she delivered a standout talk at LINE THAILAND DEVELOPER CONFERENCE 2021 on Applied Machine Learning in Running Assistance Bot, where she showcased a chatbot solution for virtual running events. The solution utilized the LINE Messaging API and Google Cloud tools such as Dialogflow, Cloud Vision API, and BigQuery.
