Thepnatee Phojan (Oa) is a software developer with over 8 years of professional experience. He is currently working as an Advanced Software Engineer at KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG), a subsidiary of Kasikornbank that focuses on developing cutting-edge financial technologies and innovations to support the bank’s digital business growth.
He specializes in building solutions for retail, marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and human resource management (HRM) systems. One of his key areas of expertise is integrating systems with LINE Chatbot. Most of the projects he has worked on are deployed on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), using a diverse range of technologies including Vue.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Golang, Python, AI, as well as NoSQL and SQL databases.
Thepnatee began exploring LINE Chatbot development in 2017, starting with a personal project to create a cryptocurrency price alert system. Since then, he has expanded his expertise by becoming a speaker at various organizations and institutions, focusing on introductory-level LINE Bot development. To date, he has provided consultation to more than 20 companies and has developed over 50 LINE Official Accounts.
